校企融合背景下中职语文教学中职业精神的培育与提升

Abstract：
在中职职业教育的过程中，应该将职业精神的培育和提升放在日常教学活动中。因为绝大多数的中职学生在毕业以后选择进入社会，但是由于中职学生对于职业精神的内涵认知不足，不能够充分认识到职业精神对其未来职业规划的进步意义，而且由于中职语文教学中常常忽视了对于职业精神的培养和引导，可能导致学生在进入社会以后面对日常工作不能提起兴趣，甚至对于工作产生厌恶的心理。所以本文旨在通过阐述校企融合下中职语文教学中出现的问题以及中职学生职业精神的内涵，进而提出如何培养学生的职业精神。
