Abstract：
伴随我国社会主义精神文明建设的不断推进以及旅游业的不断发展，在城市建设过程中仿古建筑出现的频率不断增加。仿古建筑在居民生活空间构建、园林小品点缀、生活环境美化等方面具有积极作用。但客观来看房屋建筑工程造价偏高且涉及内容与材料较多，造成较大的造价管理难度，因此在实际开展房屋建筑工程造价管理的过程中应注重审计工作，通过造价的有效控制实现建设成本的降低与质量的提高。
