Abstract：
为帮助乡村学校开展教育改革，提升小学英语教师的专业教学能力以及职业素养很有必要。乡村小学英语教学问题较为复杂。与城市相比，乡村小学教学问题较为突出，教师团队建设以及其他硬件设备并不完善，乡村小学英语教学面临较为复杂的发展问题与教学问题。乡村小学解决英语教学困难，需着重提高小学英语教师的专业教学能力以及相关职业素养。
