Abstract：
近年来，我国各类资源的消耗量大幅度增加，容易对环境造成污染的各类废弃物也在不断增加，如果放任这种情况继续发展下去，人类不但会陷入资源短缺的窘境，还有可能承受各种各样的天灾，在这一大背景下，秉持可持续发展理念，发展低碳经济已经成为全社会的共识，正因如此，房地产企业和其他高耗能企业一样需要通过发展高耗能经济来减少自己对环境造成的破坏。基于此，本文章对低碳模式下房地产经济管理创新模式进行探讨，以供相关从业人员参考。
