    Abstract：

    建筑工程在实际发展过程中，整体行业的数字化、智能化与智慧化发展在构建中会形成螺旋上升的发展特征，并且能够进行相互交叉以及相互组合的发展，依托实际行业的观察以及企业的具体实践，从智慧构建、标准化体系以及信息流与工作流进行有效融合等诸多角度，探究整体建筑工程在实际构建过程当中，相应的智慧化管理在发展中所具有的现实作用，并且进一步探究建筑工程所具有的建设智慧管理的综合模式，希望能够为我国的建筑工程的实际建设智慧化管理优化提供一定程度参考。
