    Abstract：

    在我国当前的社会背景下，大众创业、万众创新已经成为了一个极为重要的趋势。在这个过程中，高校大学生是极为重要的社会人才，他们的能力和素质在很大程度上将会对我国创业创新的能力产生影响。地方高校大学生的创新创业不仅可以促进社会就业，推动地方经济的发展，同时也有利于学生自身的发展。基于此，本文运用文献分析法、归纳总结法，以《无线充电桩的设计与研究》这一项目为例，探究了地方高校大学生创新创业能力的培养策略，希望为教育工作者提供参考与借鉴。
