Abstract：
随着我国经济建设速度的加快，很多商业用地及工业建设用地情况大量增长，使得土地的利用出现比较混乱的管理状态。对于土地利用的这种状况，应适时改变土地利用规划的管理办法，使城市土地的利用效率变得更高。土地利用的相关部门，要提前对城市土地的利用进行统一的规划，通过对土地实际利用的情况进行深入的分析，找到解决我国土地管理切实可行的方法。
