Abstract：
当前，社会各界愈发重视教育改革与课程改革活动，而双减政策的推出可有效减轻学业压力。本文将简要分析双减政策，研究小学语文教学现状，重点探究基于双减政策背景，让小学语文教学达到减量增质目标的有效策略，以期提高课堂的教学质量，为国家社会输送综合能力全面、素质突出的新型人才，推动国家各行各业的进步发展。
