    Abstract：

    本文采用资产收益率（ROA）作为反映商业银行盈利能力的主要指标，以我国2016－2020年8家上市商业银行为研究样本，立足于银行经营效益、流动性、经营风险、创新能力、市场信心程度、等多个角度，选取银行净利差、存贷比、不良贷款比例、专利数量、融资余额占流通市值比、杠杆率、资本充足率等七项指标作为解释变量建立了多元回归模型，借助软件分析这些变量对我国上市商业银行盈利性的影响程度。
