当前市场的竞争关键是人才的竞争，无论是什么单位，想要在市场竞争中站稳脚跟，就需要重视人才管理的规划与配置，以保障一个单位、一个系统的可持续发展。而医疗卫生、教育系统作为带有明显公益性质的事业单位，想要获得长远发展，就需要重视人力资源与可持续发展的关系，确保两者之间的相互作用与影响。
