Abstract：
做好思想政治工作是实现党的领导的重要途径和社会主义精神文明建设的重要内容，是经济建设和各项工作的有力保证。本文笔者以所在单位北京市大兴区烟草专卖局为例，不断研究解决问题的对策措施，提出“1+2+3”的创新方式，积极探索做好基层党组织思想政治工作的有效途径。
