Abstract：
随着社会经济的不断迅猛发展，我国对于建筑行业工程造价管理工作更加重视。为了深入促进建筑企业工程造价活动的合理高效开展，企业应当加强工程造价的动态化管理与控制。因为当前建筑工程造价的动态管控和工程成本优化之间存在非常密切的关联，因此需要进一步强化对于建筑工程造价的科学有效管控。本文针对当下建筑工程造价进行动态科学管控展开深入全面的分析，同时提出有效加强动态管控的重要举措，以供参考。
