    Abstract：

    既要落实关于“双减”政策文件精神，而且还要向课堂要效率，课上保质保量，要做到课堂上笑声多轻松大，摆脱花架子，课前一定要有简约高效的教学设计，课上要有“分层教学”，课后要有“分层作业”，让不同层次的学生吃饱或提高，切实做到“高效课堂”。今天，我就从提高业务素质，以及教学过程的基本步骤，还有学生的自主性的培养，用爱感化孩子四方面谈一谈我的认知做法。
