Abstract：
以高职《微生物学检验》专业核心课程为例，挖掘微生物学检验课程中蕴含的思政元素，以课程为载体，以思政教育为灵魂，在教学中贯穿思政元素，增强检验医学生职业认同感、社会责任感，培养学生操作技能与岗位能力结合的高素质人才，同时对学生的价值观、人生观产生潜移默化的影响，以期实现价值塑造、能力培养、知识传授三位一体的教学目标，为学生今后在专业领域的长远发展奠定良好的基础。
