Abstract：
区块链技术的出现为图书馆数字版权的建设和发展提供了新的机遇。为了推进互联网时代图书馆数字版权管理的发展，本文以沧州图书馆数字版权建设为例，分析其数字版权现状，剖析它在区块链技术下的版权管理运营模式，建设性地分析沧州图书馆数字化进程的面对的机遇与挑战。因此，抓住区块链新机遇、应对数字版权新挑战，对于维护沧州图书馆的版权利益具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。
