    医乃仁术，无德不立。德，人之本也。良好的医德医风是医学生的灵魂，医学生作为我国医疗行业的坚实储备军，培养医学生医德医风势在必行。本文立足于对医学生医德医风认知现状的分析，从显性校园文化、隐性校园文化、课余实践活动三个方面为医学生医德医风的培养探索途径。
