Abstract：
十八大以来，党和政府加大了对我国老龄事业发展和养老体系建设，老年人口数量多，老龄化速度快是我国社会当前的显著特点，据相关预计2025年我国60岁以上的人口将突破3亿，2033年将突破4亿。①老年人作为社会中的特殊群体，是社会保障体系的重点保护对象，纳西族生活在少数民族边疆地区，许多纳西族人民近几年在国家政策下才实现脱贫，此次调查对象是以纳西族聚居的大具乡（农村）及丽江市（城市）为样本，对丽江纳西族老年人精神生活特点进行研究，并针对性地提出改善老年人精神生活的相关对策。
