为解决我国目前城市快速路普遍存在的拥堵及污染日益严重的问题,在充分利用MPC算法的基础上,结合现有快速路控制系统存在的缺陷,本文改进了可变限速传统的METANET 模型,建立了更为准确的宏观交通流预测模型。
