Abstract：
以当前高等院校的学分互认制度作为切入点，结合其具体概念以及产生的背景进行分析，综合既有文件以及相关作品掌握了研究过程及应用成效；建立在案例解析法的基础上，以某高等院校作为主要研究对象，结合其学分互认与转换制度的具体实践流程进行分析，定位其中存在的问题；打造高层次的执行标准，落实好实践的针对性引导，搭建共享平台，落实校企联盟建设，并且精心进行组织和实施，能够有效提升高等教育学分互认与转换制度的应用价值。
