    随着应试教育向素质教育地不断转化，随着新课程标准在全国范围的不断推广，我越来越深刻体会到，要提高学生的语文素养，必须全面培养学生的听说读写等语文综合能力。只有这样，语文教学才能完成它作为一门基础学科的重任。我认为只有创造轻松愉快的氛围，激发出学生的学习兴趣，学生的听说读写能力才能得到最佳训练，语文素养才会逐步提高。1、课前创设氛围，激发听说兴趣。2、课内听说读写，训练综合能力。3、课外大量拓展，提高语文素养。
