Abstract：
基于公共文化服务均等化的应求下，图书馆应该向社会所有成员提供平等性的公共服务，呈现人文关怀，全面克服群众应用图书馆的难题，确保群众获得平等的图书馆服务权利。由此，该文就图书馆服务水平提升的困境着手分析，同时提出在公共文化服务均等化下的公共图书馆服务困境的有效突破对策，切实促使图书馆文化服务均等化的实现，为广大群众提供诸多便利。
