    随着素质教育和新课程改革的不断推进，对初中生的德育教育已经成了班主任工作的重中之重。所以作为初中班主任，要提高对思想道德教育的重视程度，强化自身的知识理念，优化德育教育的内容、形式，基于此，本文对初中班主任开展德育工作的重要性、影响班主任德育工作的因素以及初中班主任德育工作的措施进行了分析。
