Abstract：
建筑设计方案是当前项目施工中的主要内容，在工程建设中使用BIM信息技术，能够提高项目施工的精细度，保证后期施工与工程图纸相匹配。按照既定的规定时间完成工程工作，做到成本科学控制。当前国内社会经济的发展，BIM技术引入，为项目施工工作提供了更多的基础支撑保障。本篇文章也针对BIM技术和房屋建筑施工特点进行深度分析，进而探讨BIM技术在房屋建筑施工中深度应用。
