Abstract：
基于新时代发展背景的小学教育，更应该从人性化的角度开展管理，创新管理方式，融入“以人为本”的教育理念，针对性地设计管理制度，规范学生的言行举止，培养学生的道德思想，有效促进学生的全面发展。同时，要对学校管理教育进行创新改革，打破传统的管理方式，发挥“以人为本”教育理念的价值和作用，从而实现学校管理的重要目标，将素质教育全面推广，最大程度上促进学校的和谐发展。
