    在新时代核心素养理念下，小学音乐课程应以单元课程为主体，严格按照《义务教育音乐课程标准》，科学合理地设定单元课程教学目标和单元课程教学主题，高效整合音乐课程教学资源，积极开展音乐课程探究活动，全力推进音乐课堂教学模型建立，全方位提高小学生的音乐学科素养。
