Abstract：
随着国家一系列改革考试制度和发展职业教育举措的实施，越来越多的学生走进了技工学校，这也给技工学校的德育教育带来了巨大挑战。如何让技工院校学生在学习知识技能的同时，不断提高自身的道德修养，塑造自己良好的品格，成为了技工学校德育教育的重点所在。本篇在分析了德育教育开展所面临的新困境的同时，结合作者的亲身体验，阐述了技工学校开展德育教育的途径与方法。
