Abstract：
在初中生物学科教学中要培养学生的综合素质和能力，这是新课程理念的要求。而在教学中对学生的培养要保证知识理解和思想认识的参与，在教学参与中感受和体会，以此不仅能保证知识的有效理解认识，还能带动行为习惯和素养的成长。因此，教师要做参与式教学的运用，将学生的学习作为教学的目标和资源，改变学生的学习状态，以实现有效教学。本文介绍了初中生物运用参与式教学的意义和策略，并提出了创新发展的方法，希望达成教学与学习的结合。
