Abstract：
日前，为提升中小学学生艺术素养与艺术体验，各大趣味艺术社团开始竞相出现在各个中小学校园中，各个学校的特色艺术课程也如约而至，这就要求教师在自身已建设好的专业背景下开发拓展出更丰富的或是有特色的课程，营造出艺术教师在专业领域的无边界学习，变教师为学生，为更多的艺术教师提供更多的学习机会，打造艺术教师兴趣化学习机制，营造教师项目化学习条件，为艺术教师学习的发展进步提供重要保障。
