Abstract：
高校武术教学是体育教学的重要内容之一，它具有增强大学生体能，培养大学生良好体育锻炼习惯，弘扬中华武术精神的重要作用。微课和翻转课堂作为一种新型教学模式，在实施过程中改变了传统的教学模式，充分尊重学生在课堂教学活动中的主体地位，将二者结合对于提升高校武术教学质量，加快高校武术教学改革意义重大。
