Abstract：
核心素养教育理念关注每位学生的学习和成长，但是由于初中数学教学课程知识具有一定难度，知识的逻辑性和难度都提升了，需要学生具备一定的学习能力和逻辑思维。因此，很多学生在学习初中数学知识时遇到了很多困难，如何提高这部分学生的学习能力，使他们摆脱“后进生”的头衔，是初中数学教学的重要问题。基于此，本文对核心素养视域下初中数学后进生转化工作展开探究，以期为促进初中数学教学工作发展贡献力量。
