在新的发展形势下，建筑行业的发展和建筑工程的建设都有了新的要求，特别是在造价方面，更有了更高的管理水平要求，而本文认为若想实际的实现建筑工程造价管理，落实对新形势的满足，就需要注意从多方面做起，把握管理要点，基于此本文就进行了研究分析。
