Abstract：
基于乡村振兴战略下，针对小学音乐教师音乐素养方面的培养越来越重要，因音乐教师是素质教育的执行者，也是学生音乐道路上的引导者，所以教师自身音乐素养发展非常关键。因此，如何培养小学音乐教师音乐素养？采取哪些方式等成为小学音乐教育的前提。作为音乐教师，应注重提升自身专业能力，不断学习音乐知识，提升自身音乐素养，才能更好地教导学生。本文以小学教师音乐素养的培养为主要探究内容，分析基于乡村振兴战略下，强化教师音乐素养的方式。
