Abstract：
在学生学习语文的过程中，语文教师专业素养的重要性不容忽视，良好的教师专业素养可以提升教学质量、促进学生更好地学习知识、帮助建立良好的师生关系。近年来，国内外学者对教师专业素养的关注度越来越高，在理论和实践上取得硕果累累。但从查阅文献资料结果来看，目前教师专业素养的研究没有与具体学科相联系，语文教师教研能力专业素养研究更是少。综上，通过文献研究法和调查问卷法对语文教师专业素养现状进行调查分析，发现存在的问题并提出相关对策。
