Abstract：
随着教学体系改革理念不断深入，各个学校开始重视学生自主管理能力的培养力度，对于化学学科，有很多实验教学内容需要学生自主探究，为此，在高中化学教学中培养学生自主管理意识很有必要。本文在分析培养学生自主管理能力重要意义的基础上，阐述了高中化学教学中培养学生自主管理能力的现状，并对化学教学培养学生自主管理能力的策略进行探讨。
