Abstract：

在科学技术的推动之下，我国化工产业自动化技术日臻成熟，自动化仪表的应用也越来越广泛。在化工生产过程中融入自动化技术，能有效地节约人力资源，实现生产效率提升。文章主要围绕化工自动化仪表理论，阐述了化工自动化仪表检修与维护的重要性，针对故障进行分析，最后提出了有效的检修和维护措施，以供人员参考。
