Abstract：
种苗培育是林木工程基础性环节，需要因地制宜选择树苗种类和建设种植基地，重视种子采集、储存和调运工作，开展种苗定向培育和苗木根系培养工作，进行适当的水肥管理提升苗木成活率。目前育苗的技术有性繁殖技术、无性繁殖技术和容器育苗等，技术人员要根据苗木种类、种植区域情况和育苗目的加以合理选择，综合利用三种技术不断提高种苗培育的产量和质量。
