Abstract：

为促进房地产公允估价，本文针对房地产估价方法进行研究，探讨基于EVA视角改进和应用EVA资产价值估算模型的方法。阐述优化和应用EVA估价模型的重要价值，分析该模型应用基础原则，说明推导EVA估价模型的主要过程、构建模型的主要条件，并且分析了EVA估价模型在房地产资产估价中构建应用方法。
