Abstract：
随着经济发展水平的不断提升，城市化建设规模和建设进程不断提升，城市市政工程项目管理水平逐渐增强，但市政工程建设发展过程中需要进一步增强管理水平，从完善施工任务分配制度，做好工作人员专业技能培训等方面进一步提升市场工程建设项目的综合管理水平。但快速发展也对市政工程项目管理水平提出了更高的要求，需要在建设进程不断优化自身的发展模式，完善市政工程建设过程中的管理监督问题。
