特岗教师的去留问题及解决对策——以六安市S初中为例

Abstract：
自2006年我国实施“农村义务教育阶段学校教师特设岗位计划”以来，特岗教师招聘的地域范围不断扩大，人数逐年增长，为农村学校补充了新鲜的血液，缓解了师资短缺的问题。但服务期后的特岗教师往往面临着“去与留”的决择，主要原因是农村物质生活条件艰苦、职业发展空间受限。政府相关政策落实到位、学校加强人文关怀以及教师自身涵养农村教育情怀将有利于促进特岗教师的留任。
