    Abstract：

    实施“三定向”培养农村小学教师的工作，是加强农村小学教师队伍建设，改变我市农村小学教师队伍的现状，逐步实现农村小学教学资源优化，教师本土化，努力建设一支数量适当、素质良好、结构合理、相对稳定的小学教师队伍的重要途径。吉安师范学校现在承担了前两年基础阶段的教学任务。该如何打好基础，稳定学生的专业思想，承接好初中和大专阶段的教学和培养，是值得我们深入研究的部分。
