    当前新一轮课程改革逐渐深入，对素质教育的推进也不断发展，对教师专业知识和综合素养的提升也不断推进。为了在新阶段让教学和学生之间的适配度更贴合，助力学生更好的发展，前提是教师应更新知识储备，不断学习教学技能，进行相关课题研究，在教学的同时丰富自我、超越自我。
