Abstract：
在平时的教学中，为了让老师更好地掌握学生的学习情况，从而作出相应的措施。每个班级都可以根据学生的考试成绩以及学生不同的学习能力作为划分依据，把学生分成优等生，中等生和学困生三个等级。本文就是结合老师对学生的教学方法，从备课，授课，测评三个方面来进行分析论述的。
