Abstract：
小学阶段为学生体力、智力高速发展的阶段，身为体育教师如何推动不同体育水平的学生共同发展，以满足新形势下体育教学目标现已成为教师重点考虑的问题。传统体育教学模式下，教师教学活动的统一性尤为显著，此项特点对学生体育素养发展形成严重限制，同时对学生体育能力的提高形成束缚。为改善此现状，教师可引入分层教学法，以满足不同体育水平学生的体育发展要求，以推动体育学科素养的形成。
