    粮食是国家发展的基石，在众多学科领域中，食品科学研究从未终止。由于食品科学涉及的领域较广，与很多学科都有交叉，如食品科学与工程学科的合理结合，不仅能充分利用食品资源，促进社会生产力发展，更能为国家的发展建设提供源源不断的动力，其战略意义可见一斑。鉴于此，本文主要分析探讨了食品科学与工程学科的战略作用与发展趋势，以供参阅。
