    Abstract：

    随着现代化技术以及信息化手段的飞速发展，社会已经进入到了全新的发展阶段中，这也为电商行业的发展起到了良好的促进作用，而在近年来的发展进程中，以线上服务平台为核心的电商行业，其已经逐渐进入到了发展的瓶颈期当中，不仅线上的运营成本呈现出一种不断提升的状态，市场份额也逐渐瓜分成型，在这种背景下，智慧零售随之出现，但传统电商行业在进行转型的过程中，其管理转型难度要远远高于经营转型难度。因此，文章首先对传统电商发展存在的局限性展开深入分析；在此基础上，提出智慧零售发展模式的具体优化措施。
