Abstract：
我国建筑行业的规模越来越大，工程建设是一个复杂的过程，存在很多的不足，其中最重要的就是工程质量问题，工程质量的好坏直接影响着人们的居住感受。由于建筑方面涉及的范围比较广，质量监管难度比较大，加上很多因素阻碍，当前市场上监管工作水平并不高，这也影响了建筑工程的顺利开展。因此应该寻找更好的监管措施来帮助人们更好地进行工程质量监管，这样才能更好地保证工程质量。
