    随着社会经济的高速发展，对于人才的要求也在不断提高。因此在教学工作中，就要重视学生的全面发展，充分发挥学生的主体价值与创造才能，才能提高学生的综合能力，满足时代发展的需求。作为教育工作者，就需要承担相应的责任，优化整个教学方法，以激发学生的主体性意识，为主要目标与前提。本文将在分析激发学生主体意识的重要性的基础上，从四个方面探索激发学生主体意识的策略。
