Abstract：
在新高考的背景下，美术也成为当前学生的一个有效选择。在高考当中，美术是一门独立性的学科。但要想真正的在高考美术当中取得理想的满意成绩，对于学生本身观察能力方面的要求是非常高的。所以，本文主要对观察能力培养的重要性进行明确，并在此基础上对培养对策进行探析，希望对相关工作的开展发挥出借鉴价值。
