在小学美术教学能力导向、思维导向愈发突出的背景下，多媒体技术的优势进一步凸显；多媒体技术的应用，也是美术教学模式革新的重要保证。本文从小学美术教学角度出发，首先分析了多媒体技术的作用，随后从四个角度说明如何应用多媒体技术。
