Abstract：

为中餐烹饪专业中的重要课程，中式烹调技艺教学效果直接关乎到学生未来发展。不过就当前情况来看，中式烹调技艺课程教学效果并不是很理想，这就要求教师积极进行改革创新，合理应用一些先进教学理念。基于此，文章主要针对“做学教合一”理念在中式烹调技艺课程中的运用进行了详细的分析，希望能够对相关人员有所帮助。
